How do I sign up for them?

You will need to become a member of the Funky Fossil website to be able to earn, view and manage your loyalty points.  If you are not already a member, simply use the log in tab at the top right of the screen and it will take you through the process of becoming a member.

What are they worth?

Accepted Answer

You will get 1 point for every £1 you spend in store (excluding postage).  We will also run special offers where you can earn double or even triple points on your purchases!  100 points will earn you a £5 discount and so on. Points can be saved up to get a bigger discount or spent as you go - the choice is yours!

How do I managed and redeem my loyalty points?

You can check your loyalty points total and put them towards a purchase when you are logged in to the shop site.   When you click on your account you will see a ‘My Rewards’ option and the loyalty points that you have accrued will be visible there.

When you have added items to your basket go all the way through to the checkout page and you will see an option to put in how many fossil points you want to use against your order.  This will only be visible at the final checkout page.

Let’s say you have saved up 400 points (i.e. £20 discount) but only want to take £10 off this order, simply put 200 in the box. The remainder of the points will remain on your account for use at a future date.

When do the points expire?

Your points will not expire.  
Once used, your balance will reset for you to start building your points again.

Is there anything else that I need to know?
It is definitely worth signing up to our newsletter as that will be where we publicise double and triple points events.  An invitation to receive the newsletter pops up on the screen every time you visit the site.
