Home is more than a place and I wanted to celebrate all of the meanings that 'home' can have for us with a whimsical house shaped book! In this class we will work together, step by step, to create a vibrant accordion book which 'houses' an additional mini book. The class contains simple book structures as the base for a varied range of mixed media tips and techniques....I want you to leave the class with a unique project that you are proud of AND a range of ideas that you can use in your future projects. With over 3 hours of content this self paced class includes my approach to building layers with paints, stencils, collage, mark making etc through to techniques that can bring an interactive element to your pages from waterfall elements to overlays. The class is fun, relaxed and something that you can keep returning to for ideas. Even better, it doesn't need a whole heap of supplies to get started - some cardstock, your favourite colours and mediums and you're good to go!
