Shipping policy
We try to keep our shipping rates as affordable as possible. For all UK orders the postage charge is £3.50 for orders up to £45. Over £45 postage is free!
We ship worldwide and the shipping charge to Europe is £15 per order and to Australia, the USA and the rest of the world it is £20 per order. Please note that local taxes and tariffs may be applied in country in addition to the shipping that you have already paid.
We dispatch most items within 2-3 working days of the order being received. If it is a customised or bespoke order this dispatch time may be a bit longer and we will always agree that with you when you place your order.

Return and exchange policy
I hope you are delighted with all of the items that you order from us. However, if you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your goods, please send the parcel back to us, within 7 days, and we will ensure you receive a full refund. Returns must be paid for by the customer and it is advised that you obtain a proof of postage to safeguard items going missing in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.
